YCCHS conducting COVID-19 survey
Yavapai County Community Health Services is conducting a survey for the county’s residents to assess the numbers of people interested in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine when it becomes available. Donna Michaels, the District 3 County Supervisor-Elect strongly encourages you to take this simple 4 question survey. By planning ahead, our county health department will be prepared and have enough vaccinations to help us combat the COVID-19 pandemic.
