Check your registration at My.Arizona.Vote Can’t find your registration on file?
- Call 1-877-THEVOTE for Sec of State Election Services or your county recorder’s office
Need to make changes or get on the Permanent Early Voting List (PEVL)?
- Go to ServiceArizona.com – to update your information or
- Print and mail a registration form, or PEVL request
New Registration
- With valid Driver’s License – online at ServiceArizona
- With other proof – print form and mail with copy of proof. Check Sec of State website
- scroll to popular questions – scroll to “What forms are required to prove citizenship
- when registering to vote?”
- Be sure to indicate you want to be on the Permanent Early Voting List (PEVL)
Requirements to Register
- Be a US citizen
- Be a resident of Arizona and the county listed on your registration
- Be 18 or older on or before the day of the next regular General Election

PLAN YOUR VOTING METHOD
By Mail
- On the PEVL – Ballot will be mailed to you starting Oct 7
- NOTE – post office does not forward the PEVL, if you will be away, you can have your PEVL ballot mailed to your temporary address (does not change your PEVL status or address for future elections) – call your recorder
- By single request – call your recorder for a ballot to be mailed to you – Last day to do this is Oct 23 – but don’t delay – mail may be slow!!! VOTE
Early in Person
- Up to Friday before election – check County Recorder’s office for locations, days and times – some offices not open Friday. See below for addresses.
Ballot Drop Box
- You may deposit your ballot in a Ballot Drop Box beginning October 7. They are secure and easy.
In Person at the Polls
- Some counties have voting centers – any voter can go to any center
- Some counties have specific polling places for your address
- Find your polling place at My.Arizona.Vote
- You can check that your ballot has been received and counted at: my.arizona.vote
VOTE
By Mail
- Read the ballot instructions and follow them carefully!
- Sign the Affidavit envelope – use the name on your driver’s license or registration card
- Mail early – really! By Oct 20 (two weeks out to be safe)
- You may also turn in your sealed, signed ballot at your polling place on election day, until 7PM
Early in Person
- Confirm the days and hours and go! Follow basic safety – wear a mask, take your own pen, be prepared. See sites below.
- Early voting will cut down on crowds at polls.
- Ballot Drop box: The box at Sedona City Hall is for both Yavapai and Coconino counties. There is one at the Yavapai County Bldg. in Cottonwood for Yavapai.
- Check County Recorder’s offices (see below) for updated drop box information.
At the Polls
- Confirm your polling site and go! Follow basic safety – wear a mask, take your own pen, wash your hands, be prepared.
- Polls close at 7 PM. You must be in line by 7 PM – but why wait – go early!
